You could be part of our next chapter as an Application Workday Lead, supporting project deployment and technical readiness activities for our Global Workday HRIS system and serving as a strong consultative partner to functional leaders, providing process and technology solutions to complex business needs.
Partners with functional Human Resources leaders and drives business process improvements by leveraging technology and liaising across other digital technology teams and vendor partners
Leads technology implementations and upgrades for the Workday project from an IT perspective, partnering with HR functional leaders, digital technology and technology implementation partners
Partners with functional HR leaders to prioritize business needs and implements a strong project management cadence in delivering solutions, including leading weekly prioritization meetings, measuring the effectiveness of solutions and managing customer expectations
Coordinates with other systems owners who have HR-linked business or system integrations (e.g., Finance/GL teams, Treasury and Regulatory)
Leads data automation through the development of Workday integrations
Builds and deploys technical integrations across multiple 3rd party applications, utilizing APIs, web services and other integration methodologies
Manages compliance, system integration and technical profiles for all Workday integrations
A bachelor's degree in business technology, information technology computer science or related field, and/or equivalent experience is required
Five to ten-plus years of relevant work/education experience
A demonstrated history of building Workday integrations
Experience developing Integrations Life-Cycle Deployment technical specifications, process flows, test cases/test file delivery, and deployment and documentation
Ability to trouble-shoot, update and test existing integrations of Workday Studio, XSLT, and Workday advanced report writing/calculated fields
A strategic thinker, with the ability to also stay on top of tactical execution
Capacity to adapt to shifting goals and activities in an Agile environment
Capacity to manage multiple activities in parallel
A self-starter with excellent analytical, communication (interpersonal, verbal and written) and problem-solving skills
Data-driven and results-oriented
